Our service
Texas Foundation Check is a free matching service. We connect homeowners with independent local foundation repair contractors. We do not perform repairs, and the contractor you are matched with sets its own prices and is responsible for its work.
No guarantee of results
We try to match you with a qualified contractor and book an inspection quickly, but we do not guarantee availability, timing, pricing or the outcome of any work. Any agreement for repair work is between you and the contractor.
Information on this site
Guides, cost ranges and the foundation problem checker are general information, not professional engineering advice or a quote. Always rely on an on-site inspection for decisions about your home.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate information, request inspections only for property you own, are buying, or are authorized to act for, and do not misuse the site.
